I have provided a link below to some really helpful exercises to burn the lower stomach fat.
I have also been doing some of these exercises just give yourself some time and remember what you eat also plays a role in stomach exercises.
Drink lots of water and cut down on sugar, fizzy drinks, junk and foods high in fat.
Happy working out! Don’t give up, keep going. The first day or 2 feel like hell but don’t stop.
