Ab Workout

Here are some ab exercises below to get you working on those killer abs and flat stomachs. These are also exercises I’m using to try get to my stomach goals. Don’t forget to drink lots of water and your diet is a major contributing factor too. Hope this helps, let me know some of your ab workouts too.
